Emir R

2020
Emir R jumped fantastically during the Grand Prix 1.60m of Neumünster 2020. He shows an enormous amount of scope under top rider Rolf-Göran Bengtsson. It is a great achievement for our colleagues Marthijs & Leo Brouwer that they already have such a top-level stallion. They also have unwavering confidence in him and his children. They have already bought many good offspring from him, raised them and put some of them in training with good riders.

2019/2018
Emir R performs well in sports and breeding. Under Rolf-Göran Bengtsson they have already achieved a number of great performances, including Hagen, Amsterdam, Sommersted, De Lier and Rotterdam. The qualities of his offspring are becoming increasingly noticeable and in 2018 Emir R received his first son KWPN approved named Kitt SB, bred by the co-owners of Emir R, Gebr. Brewer. In addition, Emir R is also the father of several approved sons.

Emir R's descendants also stand out positively at free jumping and young horse competitions. They often seem to have good reflexes, are sharp, show scope and they all have a beautiful and appealing type. Emir R's offspring does not go unnoticed abroad either. In the summer of 2019, the Emir R son Kadans SB (ds. Hilton) became the champion of the four-year-old Eventing horses in Osberton, England.

The first descendants of Emir R are now also competing at international competitions. For example, Jolion K (ds. Pacific) and Jolly Jessy (ds. Jacorde) jump internationally at 1.30m level and Idefix van de Crumelhave (ds. Sam R) competes creditably at CCI2* eventing level.

In 2019, Rolf Goran Bengsston and Emir R completed a nice series of clear competitions. This combination attracted positive attention during, among others, the Grand Prix of Paderborn, Herning, Lichtenvoorde and Kronenberg. Emir R has also made his 1.60m debut and the plan for 2020 is to continue advancing on the international fields at 1.60m level.

2017
If anyone had doubts about Emir R's ability, the eight-year-old Colman son has certainly removed the last doubt with his performance in Jumping Amsterdam this year. Emir R was the only one to brave the 1.90m in the 'RAI Amsterdam Six Bar Challenge' under Michael Greeve.

Emir R gives his rider the feeling of unlimited potential and that his win in Amsterdam was no fluke, Emir R showed a week later at the KWPN stallion inspection in Den Bosch. With just a few tenths of a second, Emir R came second in the VHO Trophy.

Emir R is one of the last approved stallions of Stal Roelofs; the stable in Den Ham that has left a heavy mark on show jumping horse breeding in the Netherlands.

Emir R is the only KWPN-approved son of Colman, the top sire who in turn descends from the Olympiad stallion Carthago. Emir R's mother, B. Termie R 23, passed her mare test with 88 points and carries the elite predicate. In the sport she competed at the 1.30 level. Her father Rupert R (by Mermus R) operated at 1.60 level, including with Peter Charles in the saddle. Emir R's grandmother, the Voltaire daughter T.Termie 21, is a half-sister of the KWPN stallions Mermus R, Odermus R and the international show jumping horse Vainquish (by Namelus R). In addition to Emir R's mother B. Termie R 23, T.Termie produced 21 the Sam R son A.Termie who has already been competed at 1.50 level by several riders.

Official KWPN Research Report 2009:
Emir R is an honest and reliable stallion with a good attitude. He is easy to work with and has a nice mouth. Emir R jumps with good reflexes, good leg technique and good use of his back and he finishes the jump behind very well. Emir R seems cautious and shows a lot of power. Emir R has a lot of talent as a jumping horse and gives his rider a good feeling.

Foal report 2014:
Emir R shows a uniform collection of more than sufficient and well-developed foals with a good rectangular model and a lot of charisma. The legwork is correct and hard. The walk has more than sufficient to good scope. The trot has more than sufficient scope with a lot of flexibility. The canter is positive.

Stable behavior:
Honest, reliable stallion, easy to handle and quiet in the stable.
