One Million

What a fantastic presentation by One Million and Robin Heiden during the Stallion Gala 2025 in Vechta

2024 was a fantastic year for our stallion One Million. It started at the KWPN Stallion Inspection where he became reserve champion in the KWPN Stallion Competition under his regular rider, Robin Heiden. He also impressed time and again in the World Championship selections for 5-year-old dressage horses with his great appearance, beautiful movements and as a highlight, a super active and very spacious walk. This selection resulted, during a busy breeding season, in a ticket for the World Championship in Ermelo. Here too, One Million showed himself very well under Robin and they were allowed to go straight to the Final with, among other things, a 9.3 for the trot, 8.8 canter and 8.6 for his talent. In the Final, One Million became the best KWPN stallion in a strong field of participants with 84.60% and a 10th place. A fantastic achievement for Robin and One Million! Not only as a sport horse, but also as a breeding stallion One Million made his mark this year. His offspring stand out because of their beautiful front, strong model and 'schwung'-full movements. They were placed high throughout the Netherlands and sold well to very well at several foal inspections. As Runner up, One Million presented his calling card during the National Foal Inspection with no less than 5 selected foals. We have also bought quite a few colts from him ourselves and are in the rearing for a promising future.

2023

What a fantastic year 2023 was for our young top stallion One Million. His first performance with his rider Robin Heiden was a success at the 2023 KWPN Stallion Inspection during the presentation of the new year. Here he was one of the greatest young talents. He also showed fantastic relaxation and connection at the KNHS dressage evening where we were with several horses and were allowed to talk about the training of our horses. We continued training with him during the breeding season and his next performance was the Pavo Cup for 4-year-old dressage horses in Ermelo. Once again One Milion made a fantastic impression here with Robin Heiden and received very high scores, both for the walk (9.0), trot (9.5) and canter (9.0) and for the total impression (9.2). One Million is a very complete horse, with 3 very good basic gaits, a beautiful conformation and a very good attitude. During the KWPN Stallion Competition last winter it was another battle between our stallions Extreme U.S. and One Million. Here they both became champions and reserve champions again, something we are very proud of! We are looking forward to his first year of foals with high expectations.

With One Million we have a worthy successor to our top stallion Vivaldi. This, combined with the strong top sires Apache and Negro, makes him a very interesting breeding stallion. As you can see in his stand photo, he is a beautifully made stallion with a lot of charisma. We feel like this photo is really perfect. One Million also has a strong mother line with a lot of sport. Caraat also comes from his grandmother, who won Olympic Silver and 2x Bronze with Rixt van der Holst during the Paralympic Games in Rio de Janeiro.

One Million is 'blood-made', moves with a lot of natural verve and an extra step. In addition, he has a top character and a great attitude!

Pedigree:

Preferent sires unite in the pedigree of One Million. His sire, Vivaldi, has a large number of approved stallions in his offspring, as well as many well-performing horses at the top level of dressage sport and has left his mark on the international dressage breeding program. Dam, Joyrider (elite IBOP-dressage PROK by Apache), stood out at the IBOP test with 80 points for both her conformation and her movement. One Million is Joyrider's first offspring and he's . Grandmother Ultimaat (star provisional approval Preferent prestation PROK mare (s. Negro)) serves as dam of the Big Tour horse Guess (s. Olivi), as well as the Small Tour horse Caraat (s. Gribaldi), and two Z2 dressage horses. The dam line continues with the predicate-rich Aktion daughter Fanaat, whose offspring has performed well in both sport and breeding. Fanaat serves as dam, granddam, and great-granddam of a large number of sport horses. The dam line of One Million also goes back, via Fanaat, to the KWPN approved stallion Grand Galaxy Win.

KWPN Performance Test Report 2022:

One Million is a long-legged and elegant stallion with a lot of expression in his forehand. The stallion can be worked well by his ride and is a pleasure to ride. The walk is clear in four-stroke, shows a very good transition but could be a bit more powerful. The trot has good scope, has good foreleg technique. The hindleg could come a fraction more under the body. The canter is in a good three-stroke, has good scope, and has more than sufficient impulsion and power. One Million moves with a lot of flexibility, has a good balance, and a lot of self-carriage. As a dressage horse, One Million has a lot of talent and gives his rider a very good feeling.

Stable Behaviour:

Honest, reliable stallion, easy to handle, and quiet in the stable.

Breeding/mating advice:
One Million can improve expression in the forelegs, add appearance and self-carriage to dressage horse breeding.
