Hesselhøj Donkey Boss

Hesselhooej Donkey Boss wrote history last winter by giving us such an absolute top stallion in Hannover as a relatively unknown stallion, who was sold for a record price to Paul Schockemöhle and Andreas Helgstrand. We at Hengstenstation van Uytert immediately started talking to the owner of his father Donkey Boss and came to an agreement to offer him, by means of semen, for the Netherlands.
When you talk to them, it is really not all coincidence, but well selected by Hans Jørgen Hoeck. Donkey Boss was approved as a 3-year-old stallion in Denmark and received the following points in his Performance; Walk 9.5 - Trot 9.5 - Gallop 9.0 - Rideability 9.5 - Test rider 9.0 - Character/Temperament a 10. These are of course exceptionally good points. As a 4-year-old, Hesselhoej Donkey Boss was the winner of the Danish championships. His full brother Hesselhoej Down Town was World Champion in 2021 under Jenna Hogberg in the 5-year-old dressage horses in Ermelo. In 2023 they won the Silver Medal in the 6-year-old dressage horses with a great final score of 9.38 points.

The pedigree of Donkey Boss is also very interesting and it seems that he can bring out a bit of the Arabian Trakehner blood in a horse. Sire Hesselhoj Donkey Boss, himself also Silver at the World Championship for young horses, has scored high 73-75% in the Light Tour and was ready for the Grand Prix when he got injured. I - Joop van Uytert - will never forget grandfather Era Dancing Hit. He was a horse, won absolutely everything in Denmark with nines and tens, and was also drop-dead gorgeous, which is why we covered with him at the time and got a very nice broodmare from him. Unfortunately, Era Dancing Hit died as a 5-year-old stallion due to a fatal accident.
The mother of Dankey Boss, the mare Boogie Woogie who received the 'DWB Silver Medal', descends from the world sire and Grand Prix stallion Blue Hors Zack, the no. 3 of the WBFSH-Sire ranking 2024.
In the 4th line we come across the Trakehner stallion Schwadroneur, also the dam's sire of our top stallion Easy Game. Further along the line we come across a lot of Trakehner blood and via the Grand Prix stallion Milan our Trakehner stallion Michelangelo.
