Successful first viewing for Van Uytert stallions' offspring

Not only do our stallions excel in sports, they have also proven once again that they can perform with their offspring!

During the first inspection of the KWPN, around 200 2-year-old dressage stallions took part to show their qualities and perhaps obtain a ticket for the second inspection in Den Bosch. Almost 70 stallions were direct descendants of the stallions at our stud. That is around 35% of all registered stallions! A percentage that we are already very proud of, but when we also look at sires that descend from our stallions or at our stallions in the mother line, we cannot stop counting. It is fantastic how our stud farm has been able to take on such a figurehead in breeding over the years.

Very striking were the offspring of our stallions Las Vegas and My Blue Hors Santiano, who were leaders of the first viewing with 16 and 14 offspring respectively. Las Vegas produced no less than 8 sons who received a ticket for the second viewing and My Blue Hors Santiano produced 5 stallions that were referred!

Also our stamp stallion Bordeaux produced 4 participating stallions, of which no less than 3 may go to Den Bosch. Again a great percentage of 75% for Bordeaux!
